Before working with Kristin I was so out of touch with myself and I lacked a deep sense of self-worth. I felt really insecure and unsure about who I was. I was also experiencing insecurities around my sexuality and my body. These challenges made me feel misaligned, confused, unworthy and anxious in this world. As a single conscious sober woman who started exploring trauma & yoga over 2o years ago I had a longing to explore deeply with another woman as a witness.
